| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. From time to time we make various special offers, all special offers or limited time period offers are subject to availability. |

| Delivery Schedule Orders received before 13:00 are despatched same day orders received after 13:00 are despatched next day. Despatches are made Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. Standard Delivery. In the UK all our fudge is sent by 1st class Royal Mail, all prices are inclusive of Delivery and VAT. There are no extra charges for standard delivery. Deliveries are normally received within two working days of despatch. A Special Delivery Next Day service is available in the UK between Monday & Thursday for orders received by 13:00. Delivery is guaranteed by 13:00 next day. For Special Delivery Next Day orders received on a Friday delivery is guaranteed by 13:00 on the following Monday. Special Delivery Next Day orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on Monday for guaranteed delivery by 13:00 on the following Tuesday. For this service there is a charge of £10:00 for orders up to £30 in value and a charge £15:00 for orders over £30 in value. For this service please select “Special Delivery” in checkout. An European Delivery service is available for anywhere in Europe. To select this service just select the appropriate country in the delivery address section. Deliveries are normally received within 7 working days of despatch, subject to the local postal system. The charge for this service is £12:50 for goods with a total packed weight of less than 2kg. For European delivery of orders greater than 2kg in total packed weight please email chris@burleyfudge.co.uk for delivery pricing. Only one delivery address is available per order. For more than one delivery address please place separate orders. |

| Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. Any goods returned should be in saleable condition. These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
