We aim to supply only high quality
products and we pack orders securely for delivery. However if your delivery
arrives in less than perfect condition or if you have any other complaint,
please let us know within 7 days of receipt and we will do our best to rectify
the problem. Please use our contacts page should you wish to make a complaint.
Once
orders have been dispatched we cannot be held responsible for events outside
of our control, such as delivery delays, however please contact us and we
will do our best to resolve the situation.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations
you have a right to cancel your order within seven days following the date
of receipt of your goods. If you do wish to cancel your order you will be
responsible for re-packing the goods securely and returning them to us within
the seven day period. Once we have received the returned goods in a satisfactory
condition we will refund your payment.
Your return postage cannot be refunded. Goods which have been opened cannot
be refunded. We would advise you to obtain a proof of postage and an adequate
level of postal compensation as we cannot refund missing or damaged returns.
Proof of posting is not proof of delivery.
